A PEARL FOR THE LAPTOP? AN OYSTER, ACTUALLY.
The Tcom International Oyster is an ergonomic and elegant way of docking a laptop and managing the mess of cables. You open up your laptop to its full and upright position and slide the entire bottom (where the keyboard resides) into the top of the Oyster. The laptop screen is now at eye level facing you, with the machine positioned in such a way so you have easy access to the rear of your computer for connecting cables and cords. Most wires can be hidden under Oyster's plastic shell. Also hidden is a mini-USB hub. But since you can no longer get at the laptop's keyboard and mouse, you'll have to add those. Oyster is due in January.
